'Indian Muslims will prepare jihad squads'

August 09, 2003 13:09 IST

The Kashmiri 'freedom struggle' is a source of inspiration for Indian Muslims, Jamaat-ud-Daawa chief Hafiz Mohammad Sayeed said in Lahore on Friday.

The Kashmir 'jihad' will spread all over India and Gujarati Muslims will prepare jihadi squads to fight against the 'atrocities of the Hindus', he said addressing the Friday sermon at Jamia Qadsia.

US President George W Bush is scared of the jihadi spirit, he added.
