Mulund blast accused booked under POTA April 16, 2003 15:11 IST Atif Nasir Mulla, an accused in the March-13 train blast in Mulund in Mumbai that left 12 dead and over 70 injured, has been booked under the Prevention of Terrorism Act, a senior police official said on Wednesday.
