Nagappa's wife to meet
Jayalalithaa on Tuesday

Parimala, wife of abducted former Karnataka minister H Nagappa, said she would meet Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa on Tuesday to request her to take steps to secure the release of her husband from the captivity of forest brigand Veerappan.

Parimala told reporters that it was nine days since her husband was abducted but there was no sign of his safe return.

"A lady can understand the anguish of another lady. I am confident that Jayalalithaa understands what I am going through," she said.
