Three Congress ministers resign
from Rabri Devi government

Three Congress ministers, who had long wanted a change in their portfolios, have resigned from the Rabri Devi-led Rashtriya Janata Dal government in Bihar.

They have submitted their resignations to the Bihar Congress chief Dr Shakeel Ahmad.

The three ministers are: Mohammad Zahidur Rahman, Choudhary Mahboob Ali Qaiser and Dr Mohammad Jawed.

The resignations have been forwarded to the All India Congress Committee chief Sonia Gandhi.

The three ministers were not available for comment.
