Notification for the coming assembly election in Jammu and Kashmir is likely to be issued by the middle of next month, Minister of State for External Affairs Omar Abdullah said on Sunday.
"The notification is likely to be issued by August 13 or 14," Omar Abdullah, who heads the ruling National Conference, said at a party function in Srinagar.
