Bharatiya Janata Party president M Venkaiah Naidu on Friday said he would re-organise the party setup in the next fortnight.
In a brief chat with reporters on his arrival in Hyderabad, Naidu said: "Ability and mobility" would be the criteria for re-building the party.
The BJP president said he was overwhelmed with the response he received at Nellore, Tirupati and Hyderabad and expressed hope that the enthusiasm and support of the people would give further impetus to the party.
Earlier, Naidu who arrived in Hyderabad along with Union Minister of State for Railways Bandaru Dattatreya, was given a warm welcome by party workers.
The state BJP chief Ch Ramachandra Reddy and Union ministers Ch Vidyasagar Rao and Krishnam Raju welcomed him at the airport.
Naidu was then taken in a procession to the state party office at Banjara Hills.
