Vajpayee, Union Home Minister L K Advani, External Affairs Minister Jaswant Singh and their cabinet colleagues.
Karzai, who is accompanied by a 36-member strong delegation, including Foreign Minister Abdullah Abdullah, said India, which has a major industrial base, could provide Afghanistan with industrial and technological assistance.
