Your Views:In the early 1980s, whenever he felt bored of the forest life, Veerappan would come to Bangalore and enjoy the hospitality of a few politicians. Those relations persisted in a harmonious fashion for many long years, and even today there are rumours that a couple of the ruling party members sustain this relationship with Veerappan. Such being the case, no amount of STF mobilization would help. More innocent policemen are going to die and more such kidnap dramas are going to be staged. Veerappan will die an old man, in those forests of Satyamangalam.

Your Views:If at all there was any one aspect of India as a nation that could be considered the most shameful and ridiculous, it is our inability to catch this beast in the jungles of the south and enforce the law of the land on it (yes this is not a human being we are talking about!). I am ashamed at being a citizen of a country that cannot catch a crook living on its land for decades. It seems as if the Special Task Force has been assigned the Special task of entertaining the invincible king of our jungles....Maharaja Veerappan! An elaborate public hanging ceremony should be organized for criminals like Veerappan (if/when he allows us to catch him!) so that no one tried to imitate him in the coming generations. Wake up India ..... your cowardice is showing up! Options before the government? How about carpet bombing the jungles with US-loaned daisy cutters and ask the STF to search for Veerappan's ashes (that would be easier to find than Veerappan!)

Your Views:It is surprising that in a country which stands second in numbers as for as the armed forces of country are concerned that persons like Veerappan and R.K.Sharma are still hiding after commiting a number of crimes. Govt. is spending Rs.11 crores on the security arrangements deployed to catch hold of Veerappan. The blame goes not to any one else but only and only to our corrupt politicians who some one or the other way are protecting such thieves and only harassing common people at the name of democracy. It is surprising that a top police officer on TV says that forces are afraid to catch hold of veerappan because he is armed with latest weapons. From where these weapons have come to veerappan? Do they (weapon) grow on trees? Whenever we hear some politician is kidnapped or he himself goes to veerappan? I think veerappan should be asked to do what ever he likes with the politician. And armed forces should not be afraid of automatic weapons. I think CMs and PM and ministers of country should be taken as hostages by veerappan. Only then these leaders will realise the trauma of crimes our countrymen are facing at the moment.

Your Views:I feel Indian govt must fully support veerappan and train him a little more and send him to Pakistan for doing all the acts he does in India. This will be something like ek teer se do shikar even we will get rid of him and pak will experience what they have been doing all these years to India.

Your Views:This all type of extremist should have been finished long time back. Our government is utilizing them for wrong deeds. Our government have shown incapability to keep law and order in India. If Government can not clean the internal affairs how they can face external affairs. This is our mistake we people are doing mistake that we do not go to vote and incapable or wrong people come in power to Govern. We should literate people and bring awareness among them. Otherwise we will find our entire nation will be sold to gundas and they will start asking for security charges officially.

Your Views:It is shameful for our country that a bandit like veerappan is still at large. In spite of presence of a strong STF under supercop Walter Devaram, he is roaming freely in jungles. The govt. is either not capable of or not willing to catch him.If the govt. is not capable, then the situation is really alarming. But if the willingness is lacking, the time is ripe for the centre to intervene. Whatever be the situation, the govt. should not lay down on knee infront of bandit this time. It should show some spine and reject the demands of verrapan outrightly. The refusal or verrapan's demand is the only option with S.M.Krishna. There cannot be anyother option.

Your Views:Hand over both the governments with Veerappan and let him cleanse politics.Let him remove Jaya, Mamta, Sonia, Laloo and Robbery Devi... the list is endless. Also take along the sleeping Deve Gowda, Karunanidhi, PMK Ramadoss, Vazhapadi, Dr. Krishnaswamy, Dalit Panthers and so on... Tamil Nadu and South India would then be a nice place to live. Veerappan can become a chief minister. he'll of course shoot the tummied police men and political cheats. So no need of courts for politicians. A big save in economy, with clean and fair politics. This is what I want.

Your Views: This drama takes place every now and then. He abducted Rajkumar and now Ex-minister Nagappa There should be much counselling. People should not act hastly thereby shouldn't give room for any anti-Tamil or anti-kannada tensions instead should stand together under such circumstances. PS: It would also be interesting to know what steps, the govt would take if a civilian is abducted!

Your Views:First it is a national shame for us not to capture a ordinary man in the jungle for the 15 years. Definetly our Policeman and Army have the thill to capture him. But inspite of all these things they are not capture him alive or dead means only the political background. So if he kill any politician we don't waster our tears for that. Because they only given their support for him, for the illegal things. Now it is a very good chance for both the government to stand very firm on not to send any emissary for this talks. Only the STF should handle the issue with a final win win situation. Otherwise we will not say our country is democratic country. We are like only African nation.

Your Views:I think Mr. Ramados of Pattali Makkal Katchi should volunteer to rescue Mr. Nagappa. He is the only person supported Mr. Veerapan and belongs to same community of Veerapan. More over Mr. Ramados was born to solve all the tamilian problems and is the only person who is more than capable of working with all the parties ( which he proved time and again) for vanniar's sake. It is his prime duty to save another vanniar (Veerapan) when the whole Tamil Nadu looking forward his contribution. He is a hard-core politician and knows all sort of tricks may put forth. Unlike Mr. Rajinikanth, Mr. Ramados has sacrificed whole life for the sake of Tamil Nadu. Only Mr. Ramados can save the Tamilians in Karnataka and understand the problem of Karnataka Tamils. If Mr. Rajikanth goes, he may be biased towards the Karnataka people, since he belongs to Karnataka. Hope Mr. Ramados can solve this problem and portrait himself as the champion of Tamils.

Your Views:Veerappan may be the 'Hand' that cut sandlewood trees, butchered elephants and killed 'enemies', but at the end of the day, it is the politicians who have created him, used him and gained from his larggesse. Veerappan caught alive and talking can be the greatest threat to many 'respected' luminiaries. It is ridiculous to expect that Policitians will ever have the guts to do this or allow it to be done. No Sir, I have no clue on how this can be corrected. In today's day and age, I consider Veerappan as an outcome and not the cause and I don't believe that catching or killing him will make life better for any of us.

Your Views:First of all politicians in both the states should have willingness catch veerappan.unless intention and the goals are clear no police force would be able to act , with full strength, due to political pressures. govt. of karanataka had the options open earlier, but with the new episode of kidnaping , it has very little elbow room to move with the options.

Your Views:if releasing those two people is the condition then there can be different way to sort out this problem. It can turn out to be easy to convince v'pan bcos he is aware of those limitations.Or if he is that confident about what he demands then he knows his limitations well & is exploiting it.Hence, K'tka govt. should realise that it is V'pan who has control on the situation & he is indirectly taking control on govt. ,hence should be given similar kind of treatment.
