One more suspect in Shivani murder held

The Delhi police on Sunday arrested one more person, who is a relative of Sri Bhagwan, a key accused in journalist Shivani Bhatnagar's murder, taking to four the number of arrests in connection with the case.

Police arrested Ved Prakash in Gurgaon, Haryana, after he emerged as a suspect in the murder during Bhagwan's interrogation, sources said.

Prakash was brought to Delhi from Gurgaon jail where he had been lodged in connection with a rape case.

The sources said Ved Prakash was involved in the conspiracy to kill Shivani along with Sri Bhagwan, Satya Prakash, and Pradeep Sharma.

Meanwhile, the hunt for senior Indian Police Service officer Ravi Kant Sharma, prime suspect in the case, continues.
