TDP to decide its course of action in two days

Telugu Desam Party, a key ally of the National Democratic Alliance, on Friday night said it would decide its course of action in the next two days in the light of rejection of its demand for removal of Gujarat Chief Minister Narender Modi by the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Party general secretary Laljan Basha said TDP would discuss the issue, while the Parliamentary Party was likely take up the matter on Sunday.

Asked if TDP would consider withdrawing support to Vajpayee government, Basha said the situation would be discussed and added, "We have full faith in the prime minister."
