Anti-tank missile Nag successfully test fired

The indigenously developed sophisticated anti-tank guided missile, Nag, was successfully test fired from the interim test range at Chandipur-On-Sea, about 15 km from Balasore in Orissa on Sunday.

The missile was fired from a mobile launcher at about 1600 hours, official sources said.

Nag, a third generation heat-seeking missile, is one of five missiles under development as part of the Defence Research and Development Organisation's integrated guided missile development programme.
