TN govt studying 'warning' letter

The Tamil Nadu government on Thursday confirmed receipt of the 'warning' letter from the Centre and said that the government was 'studying' it.

Chief Secretary P Shankar confirmed receipt of the letter. Asked whether any time frame had been set by the Centre to implement the order, he replied in the negative.

He, however, refused to go into other details.
