Ahmedabad, Surat, Jaisalmer report fresh tremors

Ahmedabad city and its surrounding areas, Surat, and Jaisalmer in Rajasthan on Sunday morning experienced a fresh jolt at around 0630 am. .

The tremor was felt for few seconds, according to official sources.

Panic-stricken people rushed outside their homes in panic. The epicentre of the fresh tremors was reported to be near Bhuj.

Jaisalmer also reported a fresh tremor at 6.32 am, which lasted for around 12 seconds, official sources said, causing widespread panic.

While there were no reports of fresh damage, many historical monuments around Jaisalmer were reported damaged in Friday's earthquake.
