Man arrested in Irfan murder case

Police Friday arrested one person alleged to be involved in the murder of Irfan, a cartoonist with a Outlook news magazine in New Delhi, official sources said.

Sadiq, hailing from Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh, was nabbed during a search operation in Anand Vihar area close to Delhi-UP border, the sources said, adding that a dagger was recovered from him.

On interrogation, his involvement in the Irfan murder case was revealed, they added.
