Nagappa meets S M Krishna in Bangalore

Fakir Chand in Bangalore

Maradagi Nagappa, who managed a dramatic escape from sandalwood smugger Veerappan's clutches on Thursday, arrived in Bangalore on Friday.

When reports last came in, he was closeted in a meeting with Chief Minister S M Krishna at the state secretariat.
