Another mild quake rocks Koyna

A quake of mild intensity in the Koyna region of Maharashtra was recorded by the India Meterological Department in New Delhi on Saturday.

The tremor, the third in the region in the past week, occurred at 1350 hours and measured 3.3 on the Richter scale.

Neighbouring Saurashtra region has recorded more than 40 tremors since August 9.
