Seven passengers survive crash

Seven passengers are reported to have survived the Alliance Air Flight CD-7412 crash on Monday morning near Patna.

Their names have been given as:
P Bopanna
K Rajgarhia
P Rajgarhia
K Rajgarhia
R Rana
B Ranguta
R Ranjan

They are currently undergoing treatment at the Patna Medical College Hospital.

PTI adds: Doctors said of the 24 persons who had been rushed to hospital initially, 15 had died and nine were battling for life.

The injured included five passengers of the Boeing 737 and four occupants of the houses on which the plane had crashed. Doctors said their condition was critical.
