JMM faces crisis

The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha is heading towards another crisis with its party president Shibu Soren serving a show-cause notice to his trusted lieutenant Suraj Mandal.

According to reports from Dumka, Soren has served a show-cause notice to Mandal, who had been associated with him for two and a half decades, for his alleged anti-party activities.

The party chief has sought an explanation for Mandal's 'anti-organisational' statements.

The move is being seen as a bid by Soren to oust Mandal from the party.
