PWG kills 2 in Bihar

Close on the heels of the massacre of 22 people in Bihar's Jehanabad, the People's War Group extremists have gunned down a Communist Party of India leader and his son at Usrikhaira village under Mehandia police station in the same district.

Deputy Inspector General of Police S K Bhardwaj said the incident occurred on Wednesday. The victims, Bageswar Sharma and his son, died on the spot.

The reason behind the killing was stated to be land dispute. No arrests have been made yet.
