Meet Bollywood's HOTTEST Dancers!

January 14, 2020 13:43 IST

Bollywood has a dance for every mood and occasion.

Classical, cabaret or freestyle, movie stars have burned many a floor with their vibrant jigs and trademark moves across the generations.

Vyjayanthimala, Helen, Hema Malini, Jeetendra, Govinda, Mithun Chakraborty, Rishi Kapoor, Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit and Prabhudeva... the list is long and luminous.

In Choreographer-turned-Director Remo D'Souza's coming Street Dancer 3D, starring Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor, rival Indian and Pakistani dance teams lock horns at a dance competition.

All those sizzling and sensational moves inspired Sukanya Verma to draw a list of 10 of Bollywood's hottest dancers right now.

Nora Fatehi

The curvy Canadian Moroccan dancer's favourite thing about Bollywood is its song and dance culture.

Nora's enthusiasm for it is pretty evident in her scorching steps through item songs like Dilbar (Satyamev Jayate), Kamariya (Stree), O Saki Saki (Batla House), Ek Toh Kam Zindagani (Marjaavan) and now, Street Dancer 3D's Garmi.

Katrina Kaif

No mention on Bollywood dance is complete without Katrina and her legacy of seductive dance numbers.

Be it Swag Se Swagat, Sheila or Suraiyaa, those killer abs and legs are always on point.

Hrithik Roshan

Spring body, suave looks, Hrithik is Bollywood's ace hotstepper for a reason.

From the iconic steps in Ek Pal Ka Jeena (Kaho Naa...Pyaar Hai) to the groovy footwork in Ghungroo (War), the man has danced his way into our hearts.

Jacqueline Fernandez

You may not think much of her acting skills, but few can claim to 'beat pe booty' like Jacqueline on a superhit playlist like Chittiyan Kalaiyaan (Roy), Lat Lag Gayi (Race 2) and Jumme Ki Raat (Kick) to name a few.

Shahid Kapoor

Though he started as a modest group dancer, Shahid appears like he was made for limelight every time he takes centre stage to show off his extraordinary stamina in ingeniously choregraphed songs of Udta Punjab, Haider or Kaminey.

Kareena Kapoor Khan

Nobody puts hot in hottie like Bebo.

Her two-decade old career is choc blocked with songs that highlight her ability to razzle dazzle in ultra-glamorous dance numbers like Chammak Chalo (Ra.One), You Are My Soniya (Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham), Yeh Mera Dil (Don), Halkat Jawani (Heroine), Fevicol (Dabangg 2), Chhaliya (Tashan)...

Tiger Shroff

As someone who grew up idolising Michael Jackson and Hrithik Roshan, Tiger's rubber-like agility is easily among his best features.

And the actor makes sure to flaunt it in every single movie.

Most recently in an energetic face off with his hero Hrithik in War's Jai Jai Shiv Shankar.

Deepika Padukone

Be it the livewire Lovely (Happy New Year), slick Raabta title track (Raabta), vibrant Lungi dance (Chennai Express) or enticing Deewani Mastani (Bajirao Mastani) Deepika has proved to be quite a choreographer's dream.

Ranveer Singh

Ranveer is equally winsome in his boogie-woogie ways.

The Gully Boy's wild impulses in Tattad Tattad, playful antics in Simmba's Aankh aaare remix and Band Baaja Baarat's Ainvayin Ainvayin frolic are a case in point.

Malaika Arora

Right from the time Malaika shook a leg next to Shah Rukh Khan atop a moving train in Dil Se... to making Munni Badnaam Hui claims at Salman Khan in Dabangg, her sexy, effortless, temptress set the benchmark for Bollywood's item numbers.
