The 20-year-old has moved on from her Hogwarts schoolgirl days and has rightfully earned her new status as hot fashion property by topping a list of the world's best dressed women.

Cheryl Cole

Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole, 27, who is expected to be confirmed as a judge on the US X Factor, bagged the coveted number one spot in last year's list and has slipped to number two this year.
