Being sexy isn't easy.

Bollywood today is brimming with cleavage, skimpy clothes and every third major release is publicised using the word bikini. But is that always the best way to look hot?

Here's a look at 10 of our hottest heroines, and we see both their sexy and as simple avatars. Some are scorching, some are traditional. And you get to vote on each of the looks.

Rani Mukerji
Dil Bole Hadippa vs
Paheli

Rani Mukerji's weightloss is the talk of the town these days as the actress gets into a bikini for her upcoming Dil Bole Hadippa. Still, we've always loved good ol' Rani as well, especially when she looked this enchanting in Paheli.

Dus vs Life... In A Metro

In Dus, Shilpa pulled on painted-on trousers and tanktops and looked every bit as ready to kick a** as Angelina Jolie's Lara Croft. And on the other end of the spectrum, she looks great as a simple housewife in Life... In A Metro.

Boom vs Sarkar

Kaif made her feature film debut by disregarding all manner of clothes and virtually prancing around in her underwear in Kaizad Gustad's Boom, a far cry from her sober, staid look in Ram Gopal Varma's Sarkar.

Dhoom 2 vs Omkara

Dhoom 2 saw Bips pour that bootylicious body into a bikini, among other tight-fitted outfits. Yet Omkara gave her Billo Chamanbahar a desi sexuality like no other, especially with songs like Beedi and Namak.

Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna vs Kya Kehna

Zinta rocked the blingy tops and tiny hemlines in Karan Johar's KANK as she played a high-powered fashion magazine editor. Several years ago, she played a young pregnant girl in Kundan Shah's Kya Kehna, and her look was appropriately simple.
