Get your lowdown on what's going on in the world of Hollywood, right here!

Vanessa Paradis has spoken for the first time since the announcement of her split from Johnny Depp, insisting that she didn't "want to be there".

Although she didn't provide the details about the split, she did hint at her feelings after the breakdown of her 14-year relationship.

'I don't have the recipe for happiness, but I think the engine is simply having the desire. It's not feeling obliged or forced or repeating yourself,' Mirror quoted her as telling French Elle. 'I hate, for example, whenever you hear someone say: 'You have to work at being a couple'. No, you have to want to be there. And for me, I want to be right where I am right now.'

When asked specifically about her break-up with the Pirates of Caribbean star, Paradis snapped back and refused to talk about her ex.

'I don't want to talk about him. Who said that artists should sell their soul, expose everything about themselves? 'It's my duty to promote this movie, and my albums, but can you imagine what it feels like to see people making a business out of your pain? What's happened to us is our concern,' she said.

Although the pair announced their split in June, they haven't been photographed together since 2010.

The long term couple, who famously never got married, has two children Lily Rose, 14, and Jack, 10, together.

Robert Pattinson admitted that his world has ended during his first interview following Kristen Stewart's affair with married director Rupert Sanders -- but quickly covered his tracks saying: 'That was my attempt at a joke.'

The Twilight star endured his first televised interview for The Daily Show since news of Stewart's infidelities with Sanders broke at the end of last month, the Daily Mail reported.

While it was presumed that show host Jon Stewart would be banned from asking awkward questions, he managed to worm the topic into the conversation.

During the show, Stewart joked: 'The world has ended!'

He was referencing the demise of Hollywood's golden couple, who are the Brangelina of their generation for pre-teens and 20-somethings.

According to Life and Style, Pattinson held his own, quipping: 'It has!'

He then added: 'That was my attempt at a joke.'

To which Stewart responded: 'You're better off. Kick her to the curb!'

Stewart reportedly began the interview by handing the actor a pint of Ben and Jerry's ice-cream, saying: 'Let's talk about this, man-to-man.'

Kenny G has filed for divorce from his wife of 20 years, Lyndie Benson-Gorelick, after she filed for legal separation from him in January.

According to court documents filed on Thursday in Los Angeles by his attorney Laura Wasser, the 56-year-old musician cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split from his wife, TMZ.com reported.

The saxophonist has also indicated that there may be a prenuptial agreement -- which is significant because he is worth a reported 50 million dollars.

Kenny has also asked the court for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's minor son.

Lyndie, had also cited 'irreconcilable differences,' as a reason for her legal separation from him earlier this year.
