Abhishek, Aishwarya Rai, Jaya and Amitabh Bachchan

Abhishek Bachchan seems to be loosening up. Five thousand odd tweets later, and many weeks of following him -- he seems to be talking of many relationships.

Sample this one talking about wife Aishwarya Rai: "Morning all. Off to work. The mrs. has come in today just for the day. So you can say that the day has gotten off to a BEAUTIFUL start."

Or more of this: "Back home and sitting with my 2 ladies. Getting double spoilt! Should ask dad to go out of town more often."

His sense of humour, however stays intact. Read this:

Tweet 1: Have you'll ever noticed how house keeping time their entry into your room. They always show up when you're about to hit the shower!! WHY??

Tweet 2: The best thing about India. No matter where you go, you'll always find punjabi chinese dhaba food! Even in goa.

Tweet 3: i can't direct, i can't fly, i can't bat, but sometimes i can act!!!! ... just sometimes.

Deepika Padukone

The best part about Twitter is reading about Shammi Kapoor fixing a date with Deepika Padukone! Yes, they are meeting today at 6pm!

And Deepika's reaction to the invite: ok shammi uncle...see u dayafter...can't wait!!yyaaahhhoooo!!!:-)

Lets hope they even click a few pictures to mark the occasion.

Just in case you are wondering if the Yahoo star is partial only to our beautiful actresses, then check out his witty invite to Bachchan junior: "How come tere mere beech mai no twit no tea no coffee. Love u?"

Bachchan Junior has promised to him soon after he finishes shooting in Goa.

Imran Khan and Deepika Padukone

We've watched Imran Khan and Deepika Padukone get mad at each other and then get comfy with each other.

Now, they seem to be taking their relationship to the next level! Check out this picture and the tweets!

Tweets Imraan Khan: "So the shot requires me to carry DeepikaPadukone and she thinks I won't be able to do it. I'll show her...."

"We changed the scene http://yfrog.com/0bn55j"

"For the record, we haven't actually changed the scene... That pic was just us goofing around. But man, @DeepikaPadukone is tough!"

On a funny tweet-roll!

Lara Dutta

Karan Johar cracks the funniest ones sometimes on himself: "On my way to my first really intense workout in 6 months...have been told I might need an ambulance after it!!!"

A few hours later: "After this workout all I have to say is my name was karan!!!"

Or this one on April 1: Today is celebrated as a fools day...trust me the remaining 364 days of the year are bloody fools days!!!

You can always rely on Rahul Khanna to say something deliciously funny: "The Indigo anniversary brunch: every dry cleaner's dream. White-clad guests in animated conversation holding Bloody Marys. You do the math."

Or even this, "Being jolted out of bed at dawn by amplified 'lullabies' being chanted at a temple near my hotel has awakened the atheist in me."

Or Boman Irani expressing one that only a dad can! "Shooting for visa tomorrow. reminds me when Zen's credit card got stolen. Did not cancel it. The chor was more careful when using it."

Lara Dutta (armed with a fabulous new haircut) tweets her experience with her niece at Easter Mass: "The response at mass was 'lord save us', 1 and a half hrs into the mass my 5 year old niece looked heavenwards and said 'god save me'!! :-)"

Arshad Warsi's post about his kids on Easter had me smiling too!: "Zeke n Zene r searching the house with a basket looking for eggs, they get so excited when they find one, its like they found some treasure."

Though, I can't forget SRK when he tweets pictures with his kids and tweets, "happy to be kissed by monkeys!"

Philosophy as you like it!

Shruti Haasan

Some of our stars seem to come up with super one liners and thoughts!

Sample Konkana Sen Sharma who seems to be taking a break from talking about The Blue Mug and The Japanese Wife, tweeting: "Happiness is better experienced when shared."

Or Shruti Haasan who says: "i have beautiful white lilies in my room..sometimes you really do forget how good a simple thing can make you feel..corny but true!xoxo"

Or Kalki of Dev D fame who tweets: "If you think greenathon is not making a difference you can go to any of the lit villages and ask them 'can I take away your light?'"

And then this gem: "doctor who episode, carrie mulligan says 'sadness is happiness for deep people' good one."

I will let Kunal Kapoor have the last word this week via his tweets: "Think everybody should have 2 lists.. One is a Bucket list, which is all the things you wanna do bfore u die.. Mine is growing by the day!! The other is 'empty the bucket list' Which is all the things u dont want to do, but do because ppl and society expect you to!! Thats growing by the day as well.. So im basically S@#$%d!!"
