Dilip Kumar thanks fans for birthday wishes

Veteran actor Dilip Kumar, who celebrated his 90th birthday on December 11 with family, turned to Twitter to thank his well-wishers.

'With my brothers sisters nephews nieces and their children who have come from far and near to wish me a happy birthday!' he tweeted.

'My head bows before the Almighty in silent gratitude for the love I am getting from so many well wishers on Internet,' he added.

Meanwhile, his ancestral home in Peshawar, Pakistan, has been acquired and preserved by the provincial government as national heritage.
