Manchu Manoj Kumar has decided to be Bindaas on February 5!

The film, Bindaas with an interesting tagline (Ajayagaadi Vijaya Gaadha), produced by Sunkara Ramabrahman under the banner of AK entertainment, is written by Veeru Potla, who also turns director with the Telugu venture.

Manoj has been experimenting with characters in the last few films. His last film, Prayanam directed by Chandrasekhar Yeleti, was a moderate success at the box office.

The film introduces Sheena Shahabadi (who acted in the Satish Kaushik starrer Tere Sang) to Telugu cinema.

From the tagline it is understood that Bindaas is the story of Ajay and his triumph.

Manoj has enough fight sequences in the film. Rs one crore has been spent on the action sequence in Pollachi -- supposed to be one of the highlights of the film.

Sheena Shahabadi (daughter of actress Sadhna Singh) who made her Hindi debut with Tere Sang is making her Telugu debut with Bindaas.

What makes Bindaas a highly anticpated movie is the fact that its director has earlier written stories like Varsham and Nuvvosthanante Nenoddantana, which were hugely successful family entertainers.

There are quite a number of comedians too in the film like Brahmanandam, Raghu Babu, MS Narayana and Sunil. Others in the cast are Ahuti Prasad, JP, Bhanu Chander and Telangana Sakuntala.

Bindaas' musical score is composed by Bobo Sashi. Already four songs are chartbusters.
