Shalini becomes badmintion champion

Last week, at a rating tournament held in Nagercoil, Shalini was seeded second both in the doubles and mixed doubles and she bagged the runners-up position in the women's doubles with Priya as her partner. She was also runner-up in the mixed doubles with Prakash.

 Later this month, she will once again be participating in the state-level badminton championships in both the events as the top-ranked player.
