Twilight stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner travelled to London to attend the premiere of Breaking Dawn 1, the fourth film in the Twilight Saga series.

The film, divided in two parts, is scheduled to release overseas this Friday and is the movie adaptation of the fourth and last book in the series. The second part is set to release next year.

Stewart, who plays protagonist Bella Swan in the series, put up another one of her famous gothic appearances in a black full length sequinned Roberto Cavalli gown.

Robert Pattinson, who plays the dishy vampire Edward Cullen and Taylor Lautner aka Jacob, looked dapper in their suits as they accompanied Stewart on the red carpet.

The film focuses on Bella and Edward's wedding and the birth of their child -- Renesme.

Actress and screen writer Nikki Reed, who plays Rosalie in the series, wore an eye-popping gown to an after party for the film's screening.

Ashley Greene, who plays Alice in the film, was also present at the after party in a glamorous black and white cutout gown.

Greene is good friends with her costars Kellan Lutz (who plays Emmett Cullen) and Jason Rathbone (who plays her love interest Jasper).

Actress and DJ Lauren Pope was the show-stealer at the film's UK premiere in this logic-defying shoulder-slit red dress for obvious reasons.

The hunky Kellan Lutz, who showed off his perfect abs in Tarsem Singh's greek epic Immortals that released last week, wore a sharp black suit to the film's UK premiere.

He plays Emmett, one of the adopted Cullen kids and is paired opposite Nikki Reed in the film.

Elizabeth Rease, who plays Cullen matriarch Esme in the series, waves at fans as she arrives on the red carpet.
