So what's a day in the life of Anil Kapoor like when he is promoting his upcoming television series 24?

UTV Stars' show Breakfast To Dinner followed him for an entire day to find out.

Here's a look at the lavish breakfast spread at his home, as Kapoor and the show's host Garima sit down to eat.

Anil Kapoor then takes a walk on Girgaum Chowpatty, in south Mumbai, where in shot for his film Woh Saat Din about 30 years back.

Kapoor also made gola (crushed ice candy) for the host Garima.

The duo when travelled to Mumbai's Film City in the north-western suburbs of Goregaon, and Kapoor gives an exclusive tour of the 24 sets.

And then he plays darts!
