Manisha Koirala, who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in October, is set to undergo surgery in New York today.
She shared a picture of her and tweeted: ' Am n Chetna di, a day before surgery'
She also reached out to her fans.

Amitabh Bachchan honoured at Florence Film Festival

Amitabh Bachchan, who attended the opening ceremony of 12th edition of River to River Florence Indian Film Festival in Italy, was honoured at the event.
'The presentation of the Keys of the City of Florence by the Deputy Mayor of the city ... honored ..' Bachchan tweeted with the picture.
'Good bye Florence .. it was a most enjoyable trip .. the honor, the pride that Indian Cinema is attaining is a win for India. the Florence film fest and the honor of getting the keys of the city of Florence .. some pictures that the event played,' he added with another picture of him.
However, the actor left the city on a rather sour note. 'Drat !!! Lost my lap top .. Left behind in Florence .. Valet forgot to pack it .. Lesson : self service is best service !'
The ongoing festival is currently anchored in Florence till December 13 and will move to Rome between December 14 and 16.
