Director Madhur Bhandarkar shared a picture of his leading lady Kareena Kapoor from the sets of his latest project Heroine.

Shilpa Shetty: Thought of banning IPL is ridiculous!

But actress Shilpa Shetty, who co-owns the Rajasthan Royals and who gave birth to a baby boy today, is rather upset about it.
Disappointed with negative news surrounding the league, she tweeted: 'Its upsetting to c tv channels running down the IPL,for any silly reason citing reasons of it giving a bad image to india!How one sided! A league tht hs opend up opportnties nd a platform fr so many young cricketers frm all over.Bringin Pride,Revenue and Entertainment to india.'
She continued, 'While Corruption nd some politicians have caused soo much embarrassment to r country, those instances r forgotten so easily!Strange! Hate this trial by media,nd sensationalism of trivial issues!Let the law tk its course on those issues.Thot of Banning IPL is ridiculous!'
Suhel Seth accuses Mahesh Bhatt of casting couch
Casting couch is something that Bollywood gets constantly accused of but no one really talks about it publicly. It was rather surprising when Suhel Seth allegedly accused Mahesh Bhatt and Subhash Ghai of casting couch in this video he tweeted.
In the video, Seth praised Kahaani director Sujoy Ghosh and says: "My appeal to all the Mahesh Bhatts and Subhash Ghais and all the titans would be to get off your casting couch, you've been there, done her, and start investing in people who can write good scripts."
Reacting to the video, Mahesh Bhatt's daughter Pooja Bhatt tweeted: 'Media calling me about some statement my friend Suhel Seth made about my father & the casting couch!? Ahem!Is that how ROG came to fruition? Must add that of all the people my father has cast,the thought of Suhel Seth spread eagle across my father's casting couch is most alarming!'
Suhel quickly justified himself and replied: 'watch how I jam the folks who contorted everything I said thanks to trite editing...your Dad's my friend and someone I respect! and touche on the above tweet by the way!!!...:)' And when one of the followers pointed out that media is overplaying the issues, he added: 'they're a bunch of idiots who say that! I know and respect both! It was trite editing which is why I haven't bothered!'
Preity Zinta: I haven't bought any house in the US
While Kangna Ranaut is reportedly hunting for an apartment in Los Angeles, Preity Zinta has no plans to set up home in the US yet.
'Goodmorning ! I'd like 2 clarify I've NOT bought any house in the US as stated in the media ! My younger bro lives there 4 da past 15 years,' she tweeted.
The actress also criticised Indian media for not reporting facts.
'Don't know wat2 believe when I see news in India. Lot of misreporting & inaccuracies. Can say dat cuz I've been in da middle of it sometimes. Frm wat actually happens 2 what gets reported is a joke! Everything gets dramatized n given a filmy touch! No maturity n accountability? Y ? Not making dis comment cuz some1 upset me. Was making a general observation & feeling bad as 2 how sometimes press reports inaccurate news !' she added.
