Ekta Kapoor, who turned 37 on Thursday, threw a birthday party at her residence in Juhu, a western Mumbai suburb, over the weekend.
Kangna Ranaut, who was seen in Ekta's production Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai and is working with her once again in Shootout At Wadala, came casually for the do.
It seemed to be a double celebration as Vidya Balan picked up the Best Actress award at the recently-concluded IIFA ceremony in Singapore, for Ekta's recent big hit, The Dirty Picture.
