Ekta Kapoor has come up with an innovative idea to promote her film, The Dirty Picture. It is the first film ever to be promoted inside the parliament.

But the bureaucrats didn't get a glimpse of leading lady Vidya Balan as she decided to give the event a miss.

Instead, actor Emraan Hashmi was present at the occasion to promote the film.

'Off to Delhi for promotion of @thedirtypic. Land at 12 pm and head straight to the Parliament. 1st ever film promotion to take place there. After Parliament I'm meant to take the Delhi metro to Rajiv Chowk and head to the holy Nizamuddin Dargah to seek blessings for @thedirtypic,' Emraan tweeted.

He cleared the air around the alleged leaked song of Jannat 2: 'No truth to the rumor about that "leaked song" on the net, from Jannat-2.'

Proud papa Abhishek Bachchan got emotional yesterday when he brought wife Aishwarya Rai and their newborn baby girl home.

He tweeted: 'Brought the girls home today. I hope beti B realizes the joy she has brought with her. The house is bursting with pink and proud grandparents.'

As far as Beti B's name is concerned, they haven't finalised on anything yet. 'How do you guys do it? Unfortunately still haven't finalized the name. But eternally thankful 4 all the effort you guys are putting in. :-)' he added.

Meanwhile, the promos for Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu will be released on November 30.
