Marc Anthony is reportedly begging estranged wife Jennifer Lopez to take him back.

The father of Lopez's three-year-old twins, Max and Emme, is even planning to draw out their divorce as long as possible in order to make her change her mind.

'His mood shifts from blaming her to begging her to take him back to telling her she is destroying his life,' Contactmusic quoted a source as telling US Weekly.

'He's being difficult on every little point. He wants to prolong things so she reconsiders,' the source added.

However, the American Idol judge has no plans to reconcile with him.

'She is very happy. She is surrounded by love,' a pal said.

Hollywood is questioning the controversial decision to felicitate Oprah Winfrey with an honourary Oscar, despite her spending the lion's share of her career in television.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has decided to give away a statuette to the chat show queen as the winner of the 'Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award'.

The award, which is intended for an 'individual in the motion picture industry whose humanitarian efforts have brought credit to the industry', is bestowed periodically only if there is a deserving candidate.

Previous winners have included Bob Hope, Frank Sinatra, Paul Newman and Elizabeth Taylor, and crtitcs have slammed the move as Academy's attempt to bolster television ratings for its Oscars show by having Winfrey attend the event in February.

Los Angeles Times columnist Patrick Goldstein criticized the decision calling it a 'boneheaded move'.

'Winfrey has done good work in the world, but that's not enough to merit an Oscar,' the Telegraph quoted him as saying.

Nikki Finke, founder of the influential Hollywood news website Deadline, also voiced her wonder towards the decision calling it a 'lousy choice', as Winfrey had spent '99 per cent' of her career on the small screen.

'Is the movie academy telling Hollywood that no one among the philanthropic film bigwigs deserved this award more than her this year?' she added.

Amy Winehouse's home is all set to become the head quarters of her rehab foundation.

People near to the late singer have revealed that the 2.5million-pound property in Camden, North London, would be the focal point of the new Amy Winehouse Foundation.

The profits derived from Winehouse's new single, made with music legend Tony Bennett, will be utilised to serve the foundation.

Bennett himself declared that the royalties from the jazz classic Body And Soul would go to the foundation that is expected to teach all the young children not to take drugs.

The late singer's dad Mitch has revealed that the foundation will boost a wide range of 'causes close to her heart'. 'It could include help for children in trouble, kids suffering health problems, children's hospices and more,' the Sun quoted him as saying.

'We want to make a positive difference,' he added.

Though the Winehouse family initially thought of selling the 10-room, three-storey property, they later settled down with the idea of making it the head quarters of the foundation.

'They think it's too precious to give up, hence the new HQ idea,' a source revealed. 'They don't want to rent it out and if they sold it they think it could attract the wrong kind of buyer as it was where Amy passed away. They may sell one day but that would be some way off,' the source added.

George Clooney is rumoured to be dating former WWE wrestler, Stacy Keibler, almost a month after announcing his split from girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis.

The couple is reportedly spending time together in London and at Clooney's Lake Como spread in Italy. 'It's more than just a fling,' Us magazine quoted an insider close to Keibler as saying.

Keibler, 31 and the Oscar winning actor, 50, have known each other for 'four or five years' and 'reached out to one another through a mutual friend' recently.

'They're basically exclusive at this point,' the insider said. 'They like each other's sense of humour. Obviously they're both physically attracted to one another,' the insider added.

There are already rumours in Hollywood of a possible biopic of the late singer Amy Winehouse's tragic life, and reports say that Lady Gaga is in secret talks to play the role.

The movie moguls, who want to capitalise on the global outburst of grief following Winehouse's death, are of the opinion that the outrageous pop phenomenon would be perfect in the starring role.

'Lady GaGa worshipped Amy and would love nothing more than to transform herself into her idol on the big screen,' the Daily Star quoted a Hollywood insider as saying.

'She'd be spot on performing Amy's songs and has got the right look and bolshy attitude. GaGa's been itching to make the transition from music into movies and sees this as the ideal role to launch her film career,' the insider added.

Though Gaga has been flooded with film offers recently, according to reports, the only one role she wants to play is that of Winehouse.

Ashton Kutcher, who replaced Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men, will be playing the role of an 'internet billionaire with a broken heart' in the new series.

The 33-year-old American actor will be playing Walden Schmidt in the new season of the hit show, which will air on US network CBS this September, the Daily Mail reported.

The highest rated sitcom on US television drew in a colossal 16 million viewers in its past season with Charlie Sheen, but with Kutcher as his replacement, the presence of Sheen is doubtful.

While the other two cast members Jon Cryer and Angus T Jones have been retained for the new season, Nina Tassler, Entertainment President refused to 'confirm or deny' rumours regarding killing Sheen's character Charlie Harper.
