Main business of the town is Powerlooms, they are the largest suppliers of Lungi's this side of india, they work through the day & watch films. Cinema is their only source of entertainment. For the first time in my life i was tempted to make a mainstream masala film. Just for Malegaon,' he wrote.

Amitabh Bachchan will be making his Hollywood debut with The Great Gatsby, starring Leonardo Di Caprio and Tobey Maguire. This will be Bachchan's first 3D film.

Bachchan will play Meyer Wolfsheim, a man with a dark past, who helps DiCaprio's character make money when he first comes to New York after the First World War.

The $ 125 million film is being adapted on the big screen in 3D by Baz Luhrmann, the man behind films like Moulan Rouge and Australia. It has been adapted from F Scott Fitzgerald's novel, which begins soon after the First World War and depicts the 'roaring 1920s' of America through the ill-fated love story of Jay Gatsby, who turns bootlegger to win the heart of his lady love, a superficial society woman married to a rich man.

While DiCaprio plays the title character, Carey Mulligan essays the role of Daisy Buchanan, his lover. Maguire plays Nick Carraway, the narrator of the story.

Meanwhile, Amitabh tweeted about his Tanishq ad with wife Jaya. 'Jaya and I just coming back from Tanishq ad., shoot .. The second one .. An enjoyable day with Jaya on set of the Tanishq ad., .trying to keep the glory of the last one going ..should be aired before Diwali,' he tweeted.
