As the release date of Prakash Jha's upcoming film Aarakshan inches closer, the film's team has geared into pre-release promotions with gusto.

Jha and Amitabh Bachchan has been promoting the film quite aggressively, and holding quite a few press junkets.

The latest promotional event was held in tandem with the launch of UTV Bindaas' new show Publicity Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega. It was held at Mehboob Studio in Bandra, a western Mumbai suburb.

Deepika Padukone, who stars in the film, chose white for the day.

Amitabh Bachchan and Manoj Bajpai joined director Prakash Jha and costar Deepika for the event.

Saif Ali Khan and Prateik Babbar, who play significant roles inthe film, were not present.

The film is scheduled to open on August 12 in the theatres.
