Farhan Akhtar's Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, which opened in theatres last week, had a fair weekend especially at multiplexes, improving each day. Monday saw a drop, with single screens being the worst hit.

The week's other releases Shorts and Sixteen failed to impress the single screen audiences at whom it was aimed.

Trade analyst Vinod Mirani gives the box office verdict for the week.

Director: Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra
