Salman Khan, who is quite busy shooting for his next film Bodyguard opposite Kareena Kapoor, tweeted, 'Kya karen tim he nahi mil raha tha tweet karne ke liyeh, aur zyada thr was no recption , vil send u guys sm pic's'

Akshay Kumar, meanwhile, was swimming against the tide. 'This morning i was wrestlin with crocodiles,now i'm beatin crashin waves of a white water river in the jungles of Malaysia,' he tweeted, and posted a picture to prove it.

Riteish Deshmukh seems to be having a tough time packing in those fab abs. He tweeted, '#IWish - kaash pizza khane se 8 pack ABS bante aur chocolate khane se wajan kam hota-Post your #IWishes'

Lara Dutta quickly agreed, as she tweeted, 'Can't believe how much I pay in the gym to put my body in pain!! Results r great but its so darn HARD!!! @Riteishd I'm with u on this buddy!'

Abhishek Bachchan agreed with Riteish as well: 'i think some cold stone creamery should take care of the pain!!!!! ahhhhh comfort food! an early morning run just hits the spot. that spot being of extreme pain and torture! HELP! can't even say bhaago like @realpreityzinta'

This led to a fun exchange between the two actors.

Dev Anand, who will re-release his old classic Hum Dono in colour, as Hum Dono Rangeen, tweeted about the film, 'the digitally remastered stereo tracks of hum dono Rangeen are indeed wonderful I must say Lataji, Ashaji and Rafisaab would be there as long as music is there they are eternal great music by jaidevji and finest lyrics by saahirsaab and great performances by sadhnaji and nandaji they look so beautiful.'

Lata Mangeshkar, meanwhile, continued to pay homage to Pandit Bhimsen Joshi, who passed away on Monday, and posted a picture of them together.

Amitabh Bachchan passed on his condolences too: 'Reached Bhopal to hear of the sad passing away of BhimSen Joshi .. a giant among classical singers .. an incredible voice ..prayers'

Juhi Chawla, who went to Samir Soni and Neelam's wedding party, felt happy for the couple: 'Just back from neelams party ... Am genuinely happy for her .. Glad she s settled with someone as nice as samir. Wish them a truly blessed and blissful life together .. '

The Income Tax department raids at Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif's premises seem to have upset director Kunal Kohli. He tweeted, 'Film stars get raided regularly. How many politicians get raided ? How many politicians have been convicted in the last 60 years ?'

I Hate Luv Storys' director Punit Malhotra felt similarly: 'A Raja gets away, Kalmadi gets away... Swiss accounts come of no consequence... But they go ahead and raid actors!!! Life is so fair'
