After the New Year celebrations, Bollywood stars are getting back to work.

Akshay Kumar ‏has started shooting for AR Murugadoss' next film, opposite Sonakshi Sinha. 'Started shooting my first film in the new year, the Hindi remake of Thuppakki! Would love to get your good wishes today,' he updated.

Amitabh Bachchan ‏has resumed the shooting for Kaun Banega Crorepati. 'KBC starts shoots again in a day and it shall be back to work ... but interestingly have been sitting on scripts for film too .. !! I simply love the enthusiasm of the young and old alike when they visualize a film .. they are blessed. Even after 43 years I cannot,' he posted.

Farah Khan is back to work as well. 'Off 2 shoot "nainon mein sapna" 4 new Himmatwala..ths year has certainly begun on an xciting note.kal biggboss house,aaj yeh,' she tweeted.

Madhuri Dixit recently vacationed with her family in Mauritius while Juhi Chawla chose Africa as her travel destination.

'Had a lovely holiday with family & friends at Lugazi, our estate in Uganda. Now at The Entebbe Airport, en route Dubai!' Juhi tweeted.

Riteish-Genelia complete 10 years in Bollywood

Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza, who debuted with 2003 film Tujhe Meri Kasam, completed 10 years in Bollywood today. 

'3rd Jan 2003 -a decade ago my baiko @geneliad n me made our debut in this wonder world of films. #TujheMeriKasam a step that changed my life,' Deshmukh tweeted.

'Never thought I would last here for ten yrs but I guess I underestimated your patience. Thank you for all your Criticism, Support and Love,' he added.

The actor also marks his debut as a producer today as his Marathi film Balak Palak releases tomorrow. He also held a premiere for his friends from the industry. 'Today I debut as a producer with my Marathi film BP #BalakPalak - absolutely proud of it,' he added further.

While Ritiesh will be next seen in Indra Kumar's Grand Masti, Genelia will be seen in Aneez Bazmee's It's My Life.

Legendary actor Dilip Kumar and his wife Saira Banu left for Mecca to perform Umrah on Wednesday evening. 

'Allah has been kind that he's given me the strength to go on Umrah (Pilgrimage) with Saira, Asif and @faisalMouthshut,' the 90-year-old actor tweeted.

'My doctor friends, few relatives are also accompanying me to Umrah. Keep me in your prayers,' he added.
