Pix: Fans pay tribute to Amy Winehouse

Fans and flowers started trickling in near Amy Winehouse' house in Camden, North London, as soon as word of her death got out.

One of the messages left by a fan described the late singer-songwriter as an exquisite person with immeasurable talent.

While the cause of her death is not known yet, many are of the opinion that the singer died due to an overdose of drugs and alcohol.

Tributes have also poured in from the singer's contemporaries. While British comedian Russell Brand wrote a heart-warming post about her on his website, singer MIA dedicated a song to Amy.

The caricature here hangs off a street artist panel, during 'Black Week' (Semana Negra) in Gijon, northern Spain. 'Black Week' is a crime fiction festival that brings together the most important writers of the genre in North Spain.

The singer's family is reportedly distraught with this loss. Her father, Mitch Winehouse, was on his way home from London when he heard that his daughter had died.
