Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who made a splash at the recently-concluded Cannes International Film Festival, returned to Mumbai on Saturday with six-month-old daughter Aradhya.

Hubby Abhishek Bachchan went to receive Aishwarya and their daughter at the airport. Instead of using the VIP exit, the Bachchans chose the common exit.

Ash was quite successful in shielding her daughter's face from mediapersons, just as she had been at the Nice airport, where she boarded her flight. 

Ash's walked the Cannes red carpet to varied responses. While her sari avatar was appreciated, she did not fare too well with her western look, with fashion critics.
