What's wrong with Anurag Kashyap?

'The world turned around by the time I came out of the hospital ...to a new beginning.'

After dissolving his production company Phantom Films and parting ways with his partners Vikas Bahl, Madhu Matena and Vikramaditya Motwane, Anurag Kashyap is now battling health issues.

Last night, the Manmarziyaan director posted a picture from a hospital room on his Instagram account and wrote, 'The world turned around by the time I came out of the hospital ...to a new beginning. Pic courtesy @vikramadityamotwane.'

This isn't the first time Anurag has been hospitalised this year.

In April, after wrapping the Manmarziyaan shoot, Anurag spent time in hospital.

We don't know what is wrong with Anurag. Embedded in his explanation for why he didn't act on the Phantom Films then employee's charges on against Vikas Bahl is this hint: For a long time, Kashyap said, the victim did not tell him about the incident because 'she saw me dealing with depression'.

Amidst all the allegations and controversy, Anurag also took to Twitter to say: 'Phantom was a dream, a glorious one and all dreams come to an end. We did our best and we succeeded and we failed. But i know for sure we will come out of this stronger, wiser and will continue to pursue our dreams our own individual ways. We wish each other the best.'
