Temper to be remade in Tamil

The latest updates from the Telugu film industry.

Puri Jaganannadh's 2015 film Temper, starring NTR Jr, will be remade in Tamil.

Simbu (Silambasrasan) will reprise NTR’s role, and it will be directed by Vijay Chander.

Simbu will start shooting for the film after he finishes Gautham Menon’s Tamil version of Saahasam Swasaaga Saagipo.

Noted Telugu director K Raghavendra Rao, who has also directed Hindi films like Himmatwala and Tohfa, will now share his knowledge with other budding filmmakers by going online.

Kshanam crosses borders

Kshanam, a film made on a low budget produced by PVP Cinemas and directed by Ravikanth Perupu, has been received well by the masses as well as the critics.

Starring Adivi Sesh (who also scripted Kshanam), Adah Sharma and Anasuya, the film released in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu in February.

Now, Fox Studios is all set to release this film with sub-titles in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
