Is Shah Rukh selfish?

Last updated on: July 23, 2008 16:18 IST

At Katrina Kaif's birthday party last week, Salman Khan reportedly asked Shah Rukh Khan to make a special appearance in his new film, Main Aur Mrs Khanna.

SRK refused, provoking Salman to reportedly ask, 'I did a special appearance role in Om Shanti Om, so why can't you do that in my film?'

'Shah Rukh,' Salman declared, provoking a reported argument, 'let me tell you that you are a selfish man.'

Salman's impression may not be entirely correct as SRK has obliged friends like journalist-turned-filmmaker Samar Khan and done special roles in their films.

Strangely, two men SRK is accused

of spurning in recent times are Viveck Vaswani and Aziz Mirza. Strange, because both Vaswani and Mirza provided the Delhi boy with shelter and succour when he first moved to Mumbai.

Vaswani's Dulha Mil Gaya, starring Sushmita Sen, is stalled because SRK has not reportedly not given appropriate dates for the film.

When Aziz Mirza, who gave SRK his first big break in Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman, wanted to make Kismat Konnection with Shah Rukh, the megastar refused to do the film; he only did a voiceover.

Do you think Shah Rukh has become selfish and is forgetting his old friends? Tell us!
