First Look: Swathi & Nikhil in Swamy Ra Ra

A scene from Swami Ra RaSwathi is teaming up with Nikhil Siddharth (of Happy Days, Yuvatha, Alasyam Amrutham, Veedu Theda fame) in the Telugu film Swami Ra Ra, directed by Sudhir Varma and produced by Chakri Chigurupati.

Swathi has not acted in a Telugu film after KSD Appalraju. She has acted in the Tamil film Porali and with Vikram on another project of Selvaragahvan which was halted in between.

She sang in KSD Appalraju and 100 % Love, and did a cameo in Kandireega .

Nikhil too has not seen happy times as his last film Disco fared badly.

 Swami Ra Ra has Pooja and Sathya in the cast. Ravi Babu is the villain and Jeeva and Raja Ravindra also act in the film.

There are three first-timers in Swamy Ra Ra: director Sudhir Varma, cinematographer Richard Prasad and music director Sunny. S R Shekhar is the editor of the film.

Swamy Ra Ra (reminiscent of the classical song which is also popular in Kuchipudi dance) is a romance and action entertainer.

The film is currently under production and is expected to be shot in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.

Swamy Ra Ra is slated to release some time in November.
