Asia's Sexiest Women: Priyanka beats Kareena!
Priyanka Chopra has won the World's Sexiest Asian Woman crown, according to an on-line survey conducted by a weekly magazine.
Priyanka, 30, defeated reigning champion Kareena Kapoor and three-time winner Katrina Kaif to claim the crown of sexiest Asian woman on the planet this year.
A permanent fixture in the top three in recent years, the actress beat off tough competition from some of the most stunning women in Asia.
"It has rounded off a dream year for Priyanka, which included a starring role in super-hit film Agneepath, delivering a superb performance in India's official entry to the Oscars, Barfi! and launching an international pop career alongside chart-topping singer Will.i.am," the release added.
Clearly delighted with the win, Priyanka said: "I'm hugely flattered. Who wouldn't want to have a title like this bestowed on them! A big shout out to everyone who voted for me."

Kareena Kapoor, who topped the list last year, slipped to second spot.
The actress, who tied the knot with beau Saif in October this year, had hits like Bodyguard to her credit last year.
3. Katrina Kaif
Katrina Kaif, who routinely features in the sexiest and most beautiful lists, takes up the third spot in the list.
Katrina's last film Jab Tak Hai Jaan, costarring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma, was recently declared a hit.
2. Deepika Padukone
Cocktail actress Deepika Padukone, if industry grapevine is anythign to go by, is bagging all the plum roles these days.
No wonder this long-limbed knockout of an actress figures on the fourth spot in this list.
5. Nia Sharma
Ek Hazaaron Kein Meri Behna Hai star Nia Sharma, debuted at number five.
6. Bipasha Basu
The very hot Bipasha Basu figures at number six.
7. Sonam Kapoor
The actress may not have much going for her in the acting department right now but her ads are bringing in the big bucks.
9. Krystle D'Souza
TV actress Krystle D'Souza, who appears in the show Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil, makes it to the ninth spot.
12. Drashti Dhami
Drashti Dhami, who rose to fame with her popular shows Dil Mill Gayye and Geet -- Hui Sabse Parayai, debuted in the list at number 12.
13. Sanaya Irani
TV actress Sanaya Irani, who has acted in shows like Mile Jab Hum Tum and Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, is at number 13.
15. Diana Penty
Model and actress Diana Penty, who made her Bollywood debut with Homi Adajania's Cocktail this year, is at number 15.
16. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
She may have been on a long haitus from movies but her popularity just refuses to take a beating.
UNAIDS ambassador and actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is at number 16.
18. Parineeti Chopra
The fiesty Parineeti Chopra has made quite an impression in her short movie career.
PeeCee's cousin is the 18th sexiest Asian woman on the list.
19. Kritika Kamra
Dr Nidhi from TV show Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, Kritika Kamra also figures on the list.
21. Jennifer Winget
Jennifer Winget, who's worked in hit TV shows like Kasauti Zindagi Kay and Sangam, is at number 21.
"The fact that so many television actresses made the top 50 showed that Bollywood is no longer the only dominant force in India and that television is playing a much bigger part in the lives of people around the world," added Asjad, editor of Eastern Eye showbiz who annually puts together the popular list.
22. Rani Mukerji
Aiyya actress Rani Mukerji, who delivered a stellar performance in Reema Kagti's Talaash, is at number 22.
23. Esha Gupta
Actress Esha Gupta, who's had two back-to-back hits like Jannat 2 and Raaz 3, is at number 23.
24. Yashashtri Masurkar
Yashashtri Masurkar, who plays the protagonist in Rang Badalti Odhni, makes it to the 24th spot.
25. Sussanne Roshan
Hrithik Roshan's glamorous interior decorater wife Sussanne Roshan makes it to the 25th spot on the list.
29. Alia Bhatt
Mahesh Bhatt's 19-year-old daughter Alia, who made her debut with Student Of The Year, is at number 29 in the list.
32. Asha Negi
TV actress Asha Negi, who plays Apeksha in the Sakshi Tanwar and Ram Kapoor starrer show Bade Acche Lagte Hain, is at number 32.
