'I see the next Shah Rukh Khan in AbRam'
On his birthday on November 2, Shah Rukh Khan seemed to be in a generous mood, and claimed that there may be a possibility to see both him and Salman Khan together in a film.
“Producers and directors should come up with a good script. If there is a chance, we will work together. There is no personal angst or ego issues between us. It's just that our paths are different. We both respect each other and our families," Shah Rukh said.

'I wake up to the noise my fans make on my birthday'
"I have never celebrated birthdays in my childhood and never missed them," he added. "I am thankful to God for this life. Not many people get to see so many people outside their house to celebrate their birthday. Not many get the love that I am getting."
The actor says he personally opens every gift given by his fans.
"I wake up to the noise my fans make on my birthday. I love gifts. I look forward to opening them,” he said.
"There was a pendant my mom used to wear before she passed away...that's precious. It has got my parents' picture in it. I wear it sometimes," SRK said.
"I don't like it when people call up and say 'what do we give you, you have everything.' I say, give me more of everything... bungalows, cars etc,” Shah Rukh laughed.

'This year, I want to spend time with my children'
Shah Rukh has dedicated the year to the small things that bring happiness.
"Each year, we want to achieve something big, may it be big films, awards... That's all important. But it's been 22 years and I have decided to focus on small things. In the race of catching big things, we miss the small things.
"This year, I want to spend time with my children. They are growing older and getting busier with their own lives," SRK said.

'If I have time, I would like to do TV'
SRK also said that he wanted to try different kinds of roles.
"There are two-three characters in my mind... that I am writing. I would like to play them on screen. I don't want to talk about these roles now. I will try to get better with each film," he said.
The actor, who started his career with television, said he would like to be a part of it again.
"If I have time, I would like to do TV. The right opportunity should come and the time has to be right, then I would like to participate in TV," he said.
When asked who among the young set of actors has the potential to be the next Shah Rukh Khan, he said, "I see the next SRK in AbRam, but it will take some time.”
