Actresses Kajol, and Genelia D'Souza, who celebrate their birthdays today, were flooded with birthday wishes from Bollywood stars on Twitter.

‘Wishing happy birthday to the most promising actor. We miss u on screen Kajol,’ choreographer Saroj Khan tweeted.

Riteish Deshmukh shared a picture of him and Genelia, who turned 26 today, and wrote: 'Happy Birthday Baiko @geneliad’

'Manoj Kumar is hale and hearty'

Veteran actor Manoj Kumar, who was discharged from hospital last week after a successful gall bladder surgery, is now recovering at home.

Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar, who visited the 76-year-old actor, shared a picture with the veteran (above) and updated: ‘Met Manoj Kumarji at his residence! Lovely to see him hale, hearty & in his usual jovial mood!’ 

Kumar has acted in hit films like Hariyali Aur Raasta, Woh Kaun Thi? and Do Badan.

Late cinematographer Ashok Mehta immortalised on postal stamp

As part of 100 years of Indian cinema celebrations, the postal authority of India has issued a stamp with the image of ace cinematographer-filmmaker Ashok Mehta, who passed away on August 15 last year.

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra shared a picture of the stamp (above) and tweeted: ‘My guru who gave me the reason to make movies’ 

Farah Khan added: ‘Great 2 read that our beloved Ashok Mehta, genius cinematographer, is on a postal stamp! wish they'd do this more often..’

Shah Rukh Khan, who recently visited the sets of Rajat Sharma's Aap Ki Adalat, shared a picture (above) of them together and tweeted: ‘Sir aapki Adaalat mein Hazir hoon. Thank u for the respect & love. Beautiful office & an even more beautiful team.’ 

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar shared a picture of him with a fan and tweeted: ‘They say imitation is the best form of flattery. Was pleasantly surprised to meet a mini version of 'Me' in OUATIMD style complete with slicked back hair and shades. Flattered indeed!’
