For now, Aishwarya's baby nicknamed Beti B

Parents Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have decided to call their newborn baby 'Beti B,' as suggested by actress Shahana Goswami until they find a good name.

Abhishek tweeted: 'Till we find a name for the little lady a dear friend @ShahanaGoswami gave me a great one. We have Sr B and Jr B already so... Beti B!'

Meanwhile, the actor was amazed by girl power. 'How do women/mothers do it? I'm walking around like a zombie and the Mrs. Is like a super trooper with a bit of bionic woman thrown in!!! Parent. And I finally understand why they still at the age of 35 treat me like a baby and cannot accept that I'm a grown man today. Much like my father @SrBachchan I too spent the day observing every little thing about the little one. But my greatest observation is..... I don't think I'll be any different,' he added.

Amitabh Bachchan to host KBC 6

As the fifth season of Kaun Banega Crorepati concluded yesterday, Amitabh Bachchan thanked the nation for the love showered on him. 

He announced on twitter that he will be hosting the sixth season of the show as well. 'Yes indeed I am contracted for another season of KBC and I hope to be back with you at the earliest .. till then for KBC, shubhratri. I am overwhelmed and in obvious emotion to receive messages of sadness on the closure of KBC .. but will be back soon ..Thank you !' he added.

The megastar also spent a day with the newborn baby. 'A day spent with the new born, observing each movement, breath and presence .. recording it for posterity and for us in our old age. Yes Mother and baby are doing fine and should be home soon .. and yes Jaya was pregnant for one schedule of Sholay,' he tweeted.

John Abraham and Akshay Kumar may have done it in Desi Boyz. But from what it seems, Pakistani singer/actor Ali Zafar isn't ready. The actor was recently offered a role of a male prostitute to which he denied. 

The actor was however reminded by someone that prostitution is one of the oldest profession.

'Somebody sayin to me "Prostitution is the oldest profession and no society has ever been able to eliminate it." What do I say to that?,' he tweeted.

Shah Rukh Khan will be leaving for Dusseldorf, Germany, tonight to attend United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) charity gala.

'Off to dusseldorf tonite for a unesco award. Have to attend annual day of kids both performing small but sweet roles. How they have grown!!' he tweeted.

Hollywood Stars like Jet Li, Vin Diesel, Kathleen Turner, Olivier Martinez, and singer Melanie will also be attending the event.

Meanwhile, he has already started promotions for Don 2. 'Enjoyed at radio stations for Don2. Its nice when friends r along for work. Great laughs. Thanx all for the show u put up...was very sweet,' he added.

Oscar-nominated director Deepa Mehta who is busy editing her film on Salman Rushdie's famous novel Midnights Children shared a glimpse of it on twitter.

'@RahulBose1 and @AnitaMajumdar as General Zulfikar and Emerald on their wedding day. A taste of Midnights Children !' she tweeted with the picture (left).
