Here's what your favourite Bollywood stars were up to over the weekend.

Amitabh Bachchan, who attended the opening ceremony of the 19th Kolkata Film Festival with actress and MP wife Jaya Bachchan, lit the inaugural ceremony along with Kamal Haasan and Shah Rukh Khan to kickstart the proceedings.

He later tweeted with the (above) picture, 'With SRK at the KKIFF ... a grand and organised affair ... Mamta Bannerji the CM of Bengal, so considerate'

Prior to his Kolkata visit, the Big B had Hollywood veteran Robert De Niro and his daughter Drena in rapt attention as they discussed Indian tikas (vermillion), among other things, at the THiNK fest in Goa on November 9.

Thrilled by his meeting with the Hollywood legend, Bachchan posted on his official Facebook page, 'A relaxed Robert De Niro of so many distinguished films and characters that he played in his illustrious career, and still continues to do so, simple and down to earth, accommodating and friendly, a joy and honor to meet him and spend some time with him privately.'
